Description
This position is accountable for selling our products within the allocated country and achieving the assigned sales targets. The role requires strong knowledge of the sales process, with proven capability in prospecting, developing relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective negotiation skills and the ability to present our offerings in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
Represent the company’s Protective Coatings products, building strong product knowledge and using customer insights and research to identify how solutions meet customer requirements
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective application of sales and marketing approaches
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships, planning and organising daily activities to engage existing and prospective customers
Develop and implement territory action plans using data analysis, adapting sales approaches based on field interactions and outcomes
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support high service standards, customer satisfaction, and identification of additional opportunities
Build and maintain a network with non-buying stakeholders (e.g. specifiers, architects, designers, engineers, institutes, and public bodies)
Identify prospective clients, arrange meetings, conduct qualification discussions, and manage sales activities to secure new business
Prepare clear and accurate reports, quotations, and proposals, while monitoring market needs, customer requirements, and competitor activity
FORMAL EDUCATION:
High school or some college
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years in sales, preferably within Protective Coatings market in Italian region.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
Preferably knowledge of CRM and MS-Office software
Personal integrity
Ability to work from Home Office
Language skills Italian (native) and English
Resident in the sales area
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: More than 50% of the time
