Customer Technical Manager/Food Technologist

At Vitacress, we’re proud of what we grow—and even prouder of how we do it. As our next Customer Technical Manager/Technical Food Technologist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things technical with our retail customers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure every product we deliver meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. From handling customer technical platforms and managing quality challenges, to leading root cause analysis and supporting NPD—you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, right first time.

You’ll be someone who:

• Knows food safety systems and retailer codes of practice inside out

• Has HACCP/VACCP qualifications (ideally Level 3/4 Food Hygiene too)

• Communicates clearly and confidently—whether it’s written, verbal, or presenting

• Enjoys collaborating across teams and thrives under pressure

• Cares about doing the right thing and takes pride in quality
