We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Sales Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
  • Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
