As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - immersion cooling , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our presence in a rapidly evolving market. This is a high-impact role where you combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will identify and unlock new market opportunities, build strong partnerships, and position our solutions within the growing ecosystem of data centers, hyperscalers, and next-generation computing environments. Your focus lies in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for innovative cooling technologies. You will actively analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs, translating these insights into concrete actions that drive growth and market penetration. You will take ownership of the full business development cycle, from identifying target markets and building a strong sales pipeline to negotiating complex agreements and closing high-value deals. By engaging with key stakeholders such as CTOs, infrastructure leads, and data center managers, you ensure our solutions are aligned with both technical and business requirements. Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support product launches, refine value propositions, and ensure that our solutions meet evolving customer demands. You will also play a critical role in building a strong ecosystem by establishing partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and other industry players.
