Description
The most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam: Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) is looking for a new AP/GL Accountant Vice Team Leader, who will lead the team function accounts payable and general ledger. He/She role:
- Check daily payment request document. (AP function)
- Record interco transaction. (RPT)
- Monthly closing and prepare relevant report/statements. (GL function, like bank reconciliation, accrue interest/ expense, depreciation/alloc
- ation expense calculation...etc.)
- Preparing document to auditor and head office. (GL function)
- Supporting manager/head of team for ad-hoc work.
- Supporting other team work assigned by manager/head of team.
- Others assigned by head of team.
- Coordination with work rotation to other team.
Other information:
Requirement:
- Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
- Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
- Accounting / Finance bachelor's degree with 5- 10 years of experience in various accounting, audit functions.
- Experience of working in construction industry or real estate is preferred
- High level of proficiency with MO (Excel), plus financial systems
- Detail-oriented & Meticulous
- Good communication & teamwork
- Advance English skill to report Taiwanese Managers
