Description

Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing Air Filter Company in Puchong. Currently looking for Project Coordinator to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in develop of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Identify potential issues and develop solutions with team to mitigate risks.
  • Address technical challenges and resolve project-related conflicts.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate information flow within the project team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Assist in the procurement of project materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for project activities and events.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project coordinator role.
  • Able to multi task/ handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good Communication Skill in English and Mandarin (Due to business nature)

Job Details:

  • Working Hour (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm)
