Description
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities using technical expertise and the Linde technologies portfolio. Grow industrial gases and equipment sales in the West Region through value‑based technical and consultative selling. Acquire new and expand existing customers through prospecting, lead qualification, market strategy, business case development, proposal creation, and technology‑based pricing recommendations. Provide technical sales support and oversee project implementation and start‑up to ensure successful customer onboarding. Analyze markets and industry activity including niches, regional economic trends, competition, and product application opportunities. Initiate and execute growth campaigns, market initiatives, and customer communication strategies. Monitor competitive activity and develop response strategies based on market intelligence and Linde’s technology differentiators. Develop customer and industry relationships including prospects, consultants, and vendors. Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams including Sales, Linde Technology (LT), National BD, Applications Equipment, and Customer Service. Leverage internal resources to support opportunity development and sales strategy execution. Participate in regional and national sales strategy development with business development, key account teams, and sales leadership. Support assigned industries including Heat Treatment, Additive Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Metals, Glass, Food, Electronics, and Semiconductor. Operate from Arizona with preference for Phoenix or Tempe; compensation includes base, commission schedule, and company vehicle.
