Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Special Investigations Unit (SIU), claims handling, or investigative work
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple cases effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on detailed documentation
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult or sensitive customer interactions
- Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and standard business applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or active pursuit of a degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance fraud indicators, investigative techniques, and regulatory requirements
