Job Description

• In order to fulfill user needs, to perform as the key technical person to provide end to-end solution development and deliverables.
• Be responsible to manage the design for the system architecture and network which related Billing system comprehensively and keep it stable.
• To manage cost effective with innovative solutions, to research the technical trend and cost validity.
• To prepare the budgets to realize the technical solutions and explain to managements.
• To instruct vendor about infra task related work timely to keep the due date definitely.
• To resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the system and network infrastructure before and after launch
• To make sure data synchronization between the system and network elements and 3rd party systems.
• To make sure system performance KPI and make plan for monitoring procedure and capacity planning
• To report the current task progress periodically.
• Mandatory : IT Server(Linux OS, Infrastructure)/Network(L2SW,L3SW,FW) knowledge

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field
• Minimum 3 years in IT, IT business support system, service launch delivery and telecom related infrastructure work (Architecture, Network, Security)
• Server, network, equipment, system security, system solution knowledge and work experience
• Communication and logical explanation skill
• Deep consideration for system solution
