How you will create an impact: Website strategy development: Translate business needs and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Your profile: You have at least +4 years of experience in web development, CMS platforms, and modern web technologies; a strong understanding of performance, scalability, and architecture. You have proven experience in international, multilingual environment - the ability to communicate in business English at the C1+ level is a must. You have experience with SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing ecosystems; ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve complex systems. Analytical, structured thinker with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills; able to process complex information with a creative, continuous improvement mindset. Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven; strong self-management, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
