What is the purpose of this role?

Be the Voice of Amway as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and customers. This isn’t a call‑centre job where you just follow scripts, you’ll build relationships, solve real problems, and make a genuine impact every day. From day one, you’ll be part of a diverse, international contact centre supporting 27 European markets, where collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. 

 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Provide Premium Support: Handle inquiries from ABOs and customers in your designated market via various channels (phone, email, chat). 

  • Be a Knowledge Expert: Navigate our portfolio of products, promotions, and incentives to provide accurate, high-quality advice. 

  • Digital Support & Troubleshooting: Support users on our online platforms, collaborating with the Technology department to resolve incidents. 

  • Business Partnership: Help ABOs maximize their potential by explaining our Sales and Marketing Plan. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Share your ideas! We value proactive people who want to simplify processes and boost customer satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate: Support your team and participate in cross-departmental projects that go beyond your daily routine. 

 

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:  

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian (C1/C2) and English (min. B2). Knowledge of an additional European language (min. C1/C2) would be beneficial.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A natural ability to connect with others and a genuine commitment to providing excellent service. 

  • Growth Mindset: An openness to new challenges and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Digital Literacy: Solid command of MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
