About the Role:

Our client is the world’s leading AI-powered short-form video editor, launched three years ago and growing faster than nearly any other tool in the AI creative space. They empower businesses and creators to elevate their social media presence through engaging short-form videos, while saving them countless hours of manual editing.

They’re hiring a Junior Partnerships & Affiliation Manager to help build and scale creator and affiliate partnerships. You’ll work closely with creators, affiliates, and partners to establish long-term relationships, support outreach, and manage ongoing collaborations in a highly relationship-driven and fast-moving position.

Core Tasks:

Creator & Partner Communication

  • Communicate clearly & professionally in English across email, WhatsApp, & calls
  • Build trust and rapport with creators, partners, and affiliates
  • Make partners feel comfortable, supported, and aligned with our goals

Outreach & Deal Support

  • Help identify/ research creators, communities, and partners for collaboration
  • Assist with cold outreach via email and DMs
  • Support basic negotiations (rates, timelines, deliverables)
  • Follow up with creators and partners to keep deals moving forward

Affiliate Program Support

  • Help onboard new affiliates and partners
  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates
  • Support affiliates with resources, guidelines, and updates
  • Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand and program policies

Workflow & Process Management

  • Help establish and maintain daily partnership workflows
  • Keep internal trackers, sheets, and Notion databases updated
  • Coordinate between creators, affiliates, and internal team members
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications stay organized
 

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, community management, or a similar role
  • Comfortable working under the guidance of a Head of Partnerships and learning fast on the job
  • Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
  • Background juggling multiple, ongoing conversations with creators and partners
  • Hands on experience building relationships and making people feel comfortable
  • Highly level of organization, proactivity, and follow-through
  • Experience or curiosity in creator marketing, partnerships, and SaaS
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
