## Tasks
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in different industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
* Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
* Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
* Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence.

## Requirements
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.**
* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the **software/IT industry**.” **B2B business development or enterprise sales”**
* Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and closing large B2B deals.
* Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, and/or digital services.

* Knowledge of B2B procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
