Description

With the Blinkist App we created a beautiful product that is growing fast. We’ve kept our customers happy so far, and to keep it that way, we need you to help us out for 10 to 20 hours per week.

As our Customer Support Specialist you will:

  • Share the responsibility of all customer relations

  • Resolve incoming customer requests (via Zendesk) or escalate to our tech team for second level support

  • Collect all incoming customer feedback. We ask our users for feedback, and boy do they deliver! Whether it’s suggestions for features or constructive criticism about our UI/UX, our users really care about Blinkist, and they take the time to let us know. You’ll take heaps of anecdotal evidence from our support channels and synthesize it into reports for our product team, helping to directly influence and prioritize our product roadmap

To do this, we believe you should:

  • Speak and write fluent, business-level English

  • Love helping people. As an empathetic person, you stay cool, calm and friendly at all times towards our customers and your colleagues, even if requests are repetitive or uninformed

  • Be tech-savvy and have worked in the startup/tech world

  • Ideally have worked in community management and/or customer support before

  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus

  • You have to be currently enrolled at a German University
