Responsibilities:

• Support to manage and supervise daily Substrate Technical activities such as yield and defects monitoring, incoming inspection and substrate evaluations.
• Develop good communication skills and coordinate with substrate's window person for any quality and evaluation feedbacks.
• Coordinate with production team for all substrates evaluations and quality feedbacks.
• Coordinate with warehouse in substrate incoming and clear inspection.
• Monitor media yield by substrate lot and trigger for FA if necessary.
• Develop a strong recognition for substrate defects.
• Support and manage substrate yield improvement activities.
• Publish and review evaluation results.
• Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent fields.
• Familiarity with Quality Standards in manufacturing and QA methodology such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) Methodology, Mistake Proofing (POKA YOKE), Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Strong analytical skills and soft skills.
• Good knowledge of evaluation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft application.
• Able to work in cleanroom environment.
