Job Title: Banking & Finance Officer Location: Surat, Gujarat Salary Range: ₹7 LPA – ₹8 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Overview A reputed and fast-growing organization in the Luxury Gems & Jewellery Retail sector having a turnover around 5000Cr+ is seeking a Banking & Finance Officer with strong experience in banking industry operations. • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance with 2–5 years experience • CA with 1+ year experience The role involves day-to-day banking processes, loan documentation, credit card reconciliation, and import/export payment compliance. Key Responsibilities Loan Documentation (GML / WCDL) Prepare and verify Gold Metal Loan (GML) and Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) documentation Validate annexures, schedules, and compliance forms Maintain trackers for disbursal, liquidation & renewals Account Opening (D-MAT / Current / Hedging Accounts) Prepare and verify authorized KYC documents Coordinate with banks for account opening and compliance Credit Card Management Manage corporate credit card issuance, activation, and tracking Reconcile monthly credit card statements with ERP & employee claims Resolve mismatches and prepare reconciliation reports Import & Export Payments (Forex Operations) Verify invoices for FEMA/RBI compliance Process foreign remittances, manage Bills of Entry & SWIFT documentation MCX Ledger Management Record daily MCX-related journal entries Maintain ledger accuracy Branch Banking Coordination Coordinate with banks and branch teams for daily operational needs Resolve POS issues, invoice mismatches & banking queries Requirements Qualification & Experience • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance with 2–5 years of experience, or Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Experience working directly with banks, loan operations, reconciliation, and compliance Skills Strong understanding of banking operations, loan processes & forex compliance Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems Excellent communication & coordination High accuracy and attention to detail Mindset & Culture Fit Ethical, reliable, and compliance-driven Proactive and solution-oriented Strong teamwork and accountability Why Join Us?
