Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition specific to manufacturing
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support for senior management
• Monitor and manage manufacturing costs and profitability
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in the manufacturing sector
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role
• Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Experience with ERP systems; experience with [specific ERP software] is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work at Cikarang
