Description

  • Assist with checking eligibility status for federal FMLA requests by reviewing historical/current leave information, years of service and hours eligibility.
  • Verify the employee’s leave status in the benefits administration system.
  • Verify the employee’s years of service and hours worked for eligibility applicableness.
  • Review medical certifications to determine eligibility and entitlement.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the LOA teams
  • Track and record all employee requests and individual leaves in a secure manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries
  • Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to improve leave policies and processes
  • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management
  • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written to be able to effectively explain policies and procedures to employees and management
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and priority-setting skills
  • Attention to detail by being meticulous in managing records and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate with overall 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred
  • Worked on HRMS applications – Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
