Responsible for planning and executing work to utilize Casing Barrier System (CBS) technology in its intended applications. Ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution to achieve customer satisfaction through innovative and reliable project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of jobs, including equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team on the promotion and marketing of CBS products, including customer engagement.
• Support regional sales teams through operational input and identification of upselling opportunities for CBS products.
• Participate in customer meetings as required.
• Prepare and maintain offshore and onshore documentation.
• Support customers during installation phases, both offshore and onshore.
• Provide daily reporting to the Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, or relevant duty personnel.
• Report operational experience and any non-conformances following each job.
• Complete job reports and installation drawings post-installation.
• Support UK and SSA regions with training and operational deployment of CBS products.
• Assist in workshop activities as required, including tool preparation, demobilisation, redress, and make-up of equipment.
• Lead the sourcing and establishment of operational facilities in remote locations to support tool make-up and redress operations.
• Work as part of a global team to support CBS product operations worldwide.

Requirements

• Technical college qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or mechanical discipline.
• Relevant field experience in cased hole operations
• Good knowledge of mechanical downhole tools, including assembly, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to new challenges.
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with different teams and disciplines
• High commitment to QHSE standards and safe working practices.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including offshore assignments
• An existing right to work in the UK
