HR & Payroll Generalist for P. Faliro Clinic

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Generalist to join our HR team in Athens Medical Group - P. Faliro Clinic.

This role will support in delivering the Clinics people operations by combining the day-to-day HR support of the employee lifecycle with the accurate end-to-end payroll administration.

Tasks:

  • Administer time, attendance, and leave, including monthly reconciliations and reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Maintain HR templates, process documents, and the HR document repository.
  • Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Review timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Administer ERGANI II submissions for hires, exits, working-time changes, leave, and overtime.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with health and safety policies and employment regulations
  • Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation in accordance with company policies and labor legislation
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports for management.
  • Support improvements to HR systems, workflows, and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a HR administration & Payroll role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor legislation
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
