We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our commercial department and contribute to the growth and expansion of EUROBEND's global market presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales performance within assigned territories. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to identify market opportunities, support business development initiatives, and contribute to the achievement of the company's commercial objectives. You will collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and After-Sales Departments, representing EUROBEND worldwide and supporting the continuous growth of our international customer network.

Requirements
- Develop and expand the company's presence within assigned international markets and territories
- Identify, acquire, and support new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify business opportunities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective customer support and project execution
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings worldwide
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall business development objectives
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills, particularly German, French, or Spanish, are considered a strong advantage
- Technical background or experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or engineering industries is preferred
- Proven ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing business opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness and availability for frequent international travel and exhibition attendance
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team environment
