We are working with one of the most exciting startups in the European tech ecosystem — a fast-growing company building the future of back-office operations for small businesses through AI-powered automation and human-led advisory services.
With more than **90 employees** and expected to close 2025 with **€10M+ in ARR**, the company combines cutting-edge technology with real human support to help thousands of SMEs streamline their accounting, taxes, payroll, and financing.
Despite its size, the **core strategy & operations team remains lean (<10 people)**, and the company is now looking for a **hands-on Growth & Revenue Lead** to become the right hand of the founders and drive its next phase of growth.
## Tareas
Your main responsibilities
As **Growth & Revenue Lead**, you will take full ownership of designing and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across multiple channels — including **sales, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives**.
This is a highly cross-functional, entrepreneurial role with real decision-making power and direct exposure to the founding team.
You'll be expected to define strategic priorities, test and validate new growth levers, and drive sustainable revenue across a hybrid model that blends technology with high-value services.
What you'll do
* Define and execute the company’s **growth playbook** from 0→1.
* Identify, test, and scale new **acquisition channels**: outbound, partnerships, content, lifecycle, product-led growth, etc.
* Lead **commercial development**: generate pipeline, support sales conversations, and improve conversion.
* Design and standardize **pricing, segmentation, and GTM approach** across client verticals.
* Build partnerships with banks, law firms, SaaS platforms, and other relevant players.
* Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops) to align on growth objectives.

* 3–5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, business building, or **strategy consulting**.
* A **builder mindset**: hands-on, experimental, and willing to get involved in execution.
* Strong **strategic thinking** with a clear understanding of pipeline, CAC/LTV, and revenue models.
* Entrepreneurial energy: proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-changing environments.
* Experience designing GTM strategies or launching new verticals is a plus.
* Prior exposure to B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services is valued.
