As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales target and leaders of opinion
  • Present our products and services to new clients
  • Conduct market research on a regular basis
  • Identify key markets and provide with input
  • Build strategies for specified markets
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
  • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
  • Attend major industry events
  • Document business development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 2+ years in a similar industry
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala and /or Tamil.; any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
  • Keep pro-active position in running a business
  • Ability to travel when required
