Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Windows Server 2022/2025, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO), Hyper-V, and RHEL-based Linux servers.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain backup solutions (especially Veeam), disaster recovery plans, and PKI systems.

• Set up and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco devices and Cloudflare services.

• Lead patch management, software deployment (WSUS), and ensure system compliance with ITIL-based Change Management processes.

• Automate tasks and monitor environments using PowerShell, Bash, Docker (Swarm), and SQL scripting.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Windows enterprise environments and server administration.

• Strong hands-on experience in at least 2 of these areas: Cloud/DevOps, Networking & Security, Domain Administration, or Database Admin.

• Solid knowledge of PKI concepts and relevant compliance frameworks (EIDAS, ICAO).

• Experience with virtualization, containerization (Docker), and scripting for automation.

• Fluent in English with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; must be eligible to work in the EU and travel internationally (up to 30%).
