Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a 2026 summer student intern to join our Training department!
About This Role…
The Training & Development department is seeking an organized, methodical intern to join their team next summer! Help the team expand and support Flexco leadership development programs, Leading Others and Leading Ahead.
Key Projects and Tasks
- Program Support – Track engagement and student progress within our Leading Others and Leading Ahead programs. Collaborate with your manager to analyze reports and share insights. Strengthen your data management and Excel skills while learning to navigate Flexco’s online learning management system.
- Enhance Learning Experiences – Work with the Training team to review and refine student learning experience activities. Contribute ideas for improving engagement and overall program success, while learning to plan, implement, and evaluate training initiatives.
- Virtual Training Support – Gain experience facilitating virtual training sessions with North American and Global students within the leadership programs. Work on a team with the Training department, students within the program, and outside consultants to provide an engaging experience.
North American Internship Program
The Flexco Summer Internship Program has been designed to assist undergraduate students gain exposure to the Manufacturing Industry, provide hands-on experience in their field of interest, and develop professional skills for their future careers.
Interns at Flexco can expect to…
- Participate in 10-12 weeks of our immersive internship program,
- Experience the Flow of Flexco – weekly meetings with various departments across the business to understand the importance of their role and function within the organization,
- Join bi-weekly coffee chats with members of our Senior Leadership Team, hearing about their educational paths, career journeys, and gaining advice and wisdom,
- Take part in monthly workshops on resume writing, LinkedIn networking, interview do’s and don’ts, presentation skills, and Yellow Belt training,
- And showcase what you’ve learned with a capstone presentation at the end of the summer – highlight a large project/multiple projects you’ve worked on and share your experiences with Flexco’s values.
Requirements
- Full-time, on-site availability (40 hours/week)
- Currently enrolled in college/university with Fall 2026 registration confirmed
- Must be a rising junior or higher
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Attention to detail is a must
Qualifications
- Experience using Pivot tables in Excel preferred
- Familiarity with video/video editing software desired
- Strong familiarity and confidence in using online software systems a plus
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
