Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional to join our Enterprise Information Technology team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Corporate Treasury and Information Technology colleagues to identify and deliver impactful business solutions. What will you do in this role:
- As a member of our application software development team, you will have the opportunity to work on a major refresh of our Treasury Management System (TMS) and help us modernize our application and transform our Treasury business processes.
- You will play a critical role and deepen your understanding of our business processes, apply your functional and technical understanding of the Treasury Management System in a strategic initiative to build the new TMS.
- You will collaborate with the Treasury Stakeholders and the IT Product Manager and the Product Team in developing the Product Roadmap and delivery of capabilities.
- You will have the opportunity to guide the business team in the appropriate product configuration, customization or other solution options to meet their needs.
- You will contribute to a scalable and stable application and help the technical team solve production issues, as needed.
What Should you have:
Primary skill- Treasury Management Systems, specifically Wall Street Suite (WSS).
Secondary Skill- Agile, cloud, AI
- A BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- 10 years minimum experience with Treasury Management system, specifically Wall ST Suite and relevant exposure to Treasury business processes.
- Strong functional or technical understanding of a Treasury Management System (TMS) V7 and V8 of Wall St Suites package and have experience in migration of WSS V7 to V8.
- Software engineering background and good understanding of choices between configuration, customization etc. when working Commercial Off-the Shelf ( COTS ) tools.
- Some proficiency in one or more of the following: JAVA, XML, Python, or other 3GL languages and working with databases to deliver on the product backlog.
- Interest in and aptitude for emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic development in helping business process improvements and transformations.
- Client management skills and experience working with Treasury clients.
- Systems thinking and proficiency in structured requirements and design documentation.
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Experience working in agile teams, leveraging JIRA and Kanban framework.
- Exposure to AWS Cloud (or other Clouds) and related services.
