Job Details
We’re seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client-facing projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reports
- Monitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financials
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, follow-ups, and action plans
- Manage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews
- Route deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflows
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client-specific processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consulting
- Familiarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines
- PMP certification preferred
