Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve deliverables for auto loan products of the Bank.

1. Responsible to meet Branch wise target
2. Daily monitoring of achievement and required run rate to achieve monthly and quarterly numbers
3. Coordination with Branch Staff, Cluster Head & Zonal Head
4. Collaboration with internal functions for better productivity and efficiencies
5. Creating enablers and supporting Branches for generating business

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduation (Any Specialisation)
