Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development, a good understanding of microservices architecture (preferred), and experience working with relational databases (RDBMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work on optimizing backend systems for performance and scalability
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
• Good understanding of microservices architecture (nice to have)
• Solid experience with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work full-time from the Bangalore office (5 days/week)
