Join our team as an Intern! Are you ready to dive into an exciting and dynamic work environment? You will collaborate closely with a diverse project teams across our group. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our team, supporting diverse projects.
Your tasks:
As an Intern, you will support the team in organizing and facilitating internal workshops and meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, taking minutes, and ensuring clear follow-up communication. You will assist in creating and formatting reports and presentations for senior management, helping to present information in a structured and professional way. In addition, you will contribute to operational processes by supporting the creation of purchase orders and the execution of internal invoicing and approval workflows. You will maintain and update project-related information in relevant project management tools to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
You will also support internal communication by developing and managing communication measures, using various platforms and tools to strengthen information flow and collaboration across departments. Furthermore, you will help track project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocations.
Your responsibilities will also include general administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, file management, and data entry. Depending on business needs, you may also assist with audit-related activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You should feel comfortable reaching out to people both in your office and at various EEX locations internationally. You bring along:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing studies in business administration, energy-related studies or comparable course of study
- Interest Areas: Keen interest in Project Management and Communication; Previous practical experience in project management or related areas is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
o Highly motivated and committed.
o Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
o Proactive and able to work independently.
o Friendly and professional demeanor. - Skills:
o Strong organizational and structured working skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Independent, solution-oriented work approach.
o Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
Additional information:
• Duration of internship is 6-12 months with the option for a transition into a working student position.
• A combination of mandatory and voluntary internships is possible.
