HIRING POSITION: Chief Operation Officer

Job Purpose

Develops and monitor operational, regulatory compliance and cost control policies and programs into all manufacturing processes. Advice a process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Supervise and control workforce or labor relations and planning activities. Plans / Monitor and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set comprehensive operating goals for business growth and success
• Plan / develop / advice improve the systems, operation processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the Operating Function.
• Optimize the company's operating capabilities to maximize customer satisfaction and exceed company goals.
• Establish the development and preparation of short-term and long-term operation plans and budgets upon company's goals and objectives.
• Control the budget alongside senior management and other key participants in manufacturing.
• Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report these results to the CEO.
• Assist and Advice in the implementation of new technologies and processes in collaboration with other Operation Directors.
