We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Call Center team in Casco. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and providing outstanding service in a professional yet welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of the Bank—supporting customers with their day-to-day banking needs and ensuring they feel valued at every interaction. Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assisting with deposit accounts, online banking, EFT card support, and loan services
- Troubleshooting issues, researching solutions, and ensuring follow-up so customers feel supported
- Identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services
- Participating in sales and culture meetings to stay engaged and informed
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, averaging 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with the possibility of rotating Saturdays in the future.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (banking or sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in decision-making
- Attention to detail with excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software and tools
