Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales growth, strengthen brand visibility, manage digital marketing activities, and contribute to business development within the transportation and logistics industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, identifying potential business opportunities, managing digital platforms, supporting client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns across suitable channels.
Manage and monitor social media platforms and the company's digital presence.
Identify prospective clients and support lead generation and business development activities.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
Assist with brand development, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
Prepare presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare sales and marketing reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
Support the achievement of individual and organizational sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or holder of a professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be preferred.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or business development will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and potential may also be considered.
Good understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and promotional methods.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative, proactive, and capable of contributing new marketing ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment.
