This role plays a key part in shaping the brands voice and engagement strategy across key digital platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Job Description
The Senior Social Media Strategist will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the Indonesian social media team to execute the brands digital vision.

• Creating and overseeing strategic monthly and weekly editorial calendars for Instagram and TikTok.

• Supervising the end-to-end execution of content and campaign initiatives across social platforms.

• Tracking performance metrics of social content, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to optimize engagement and reach.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Brand Development, and Brand Activation teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members to grow their skills and contribution within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy and content planning.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within the Indonesian market.

• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, features, and audience behavior.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategy accordingly.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
