As we embark on our growth journey, we're seeking a **Sales Development Representative** to join our dynamic team.
**Location**
We’re located in the city center of the dynamic and vibrant Ghent, Belgium.
## Tasks
* **Reach out** to potential clients through emails and phone calls to introduce them to Introw's services.
* **Qualify** leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for our solutions.
* **Schedule meetings or demos** for the sales team with interested prospects.
* **Maintain and update customer relationship management** (CRM) software to keep track of leads and interactions.
* **Collaborate with the marketing team** to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation campaigns.
## Requirements
* **You are in love with the product:** You have a deep passion for sales and technology and are eager to sell innovative solutions.
* **You are in love with the narrative:** You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
* **You’re a builder:** You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
* **Bonus points if you have experience working with HubSpot or Salesforce**
