Avellio are currently partnering with a scaling financial services business and recruiting on their behalf for an experienced IT Manager or lead developer to lead and manage a small team based in Solihull.

This opportunity will suit an experienced manager or leader who has experience managing a small team of developers, conducting 121s, completing code reviews as well as being hands on coding 70% of the time using technologies and tools such as VB.net, SQL and JavaScript.

We are also opening up this opportunity to lead developers who may managing a small team already but don't have the title of manager.

Responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience managing a small team of developers
• Conducting 121s, Code reviews and day to day management
• Hands on coding experience using VB.NET, SQL and JavaScript
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills

Location: Solihull (Hybrid working)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Role: IT Manager / Lead Developer
