Position Title: Graphic Design Intern
Timings: 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern with a creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling. This internship will provide hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, and video editing. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute fresh ideas to our marketing campaigns.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year proven work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing designs.
• Edit and create video content and know how to use CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro for social media and promotional purposes.
• Able to do image manipulation or improvisation through adobe.
• Assist in designing engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, logos, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative design ideas.
• Apply design elements such as color, typography, and layout to enhance brand identity.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
  
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Support in developing engaging captions, posts, and basic creatives in coordination with the design team
• Monitor social media channels and engage with audience comments and messages
• Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Basic understanding and proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience or willingness to learn CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.Knowledge, and familiarity with design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create illustrations, vector graphics, and digital artwork.
• Familiarity with Social media branding, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
• Highly creative with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to design trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
