JOB SUMMARY:

Develop and implement marketing programs aimed at retaining existing customers and attracting new business for the Company. Implement and deploy specific initiatives companywide in the areas of marketing, and sales. Work within the marketing team to support our different markets and Affiliates and manage their marketing programs. Work in conjunction with the Director of Marketing to enhance the overall brand awareness of PVC, and efficiency of all marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MARKETING

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for your locations and lead the development and execution of location-specific marketing strategies to align with overall business objectives.
  2. Project Manager for all marketing efforts in designated locations including maintaining annual marketing budget/expenditures, contract management and oversee donation allocations.
  3. Back-up Marketing Manager as needed.
  4. Assist with Company functions and participate in the annual “float committee”. Serve as a contact for public relations activities in designated locations.
  5. Manage projects and plan events.
  6. Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally, greet and assist walk-in customers, and assume other duties as assigned.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Post High School education and/or two years marketing/digital marketing and/or graphic design experience.
  2. Ability to speak, read and write English is essential.
  3. Must be a creative self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong initiative in identifying mark opportunities and driving projects forward.
  4. Excellent computer skills in various applications. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher; and the ability to quickly become proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Reader; and Content Management Systems for websites.
  5. Good mathematical skills.
  6. Advanced abilities in creative thinking processes.
  7. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, on-going development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, team skills, self-sufficient/self-starting, detail oriented, time management, ability to read, understand and interpret information involved in job, ability to learn, think and concentrate.
  8. Ability to handle special projects.
  9. Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
  10. Normal working days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some weekends, nights, and/or holidays may be required.
  11. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  12. Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  13. Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
