This leading private investment company is hiring an additional Legal Counsel to:

• Provide legal support to the company regarding their investments and transactions
• Advise management on general commercial contracts with third parties including suppliers and general operational contracts
• Manage the advice sought from external counsel

To qualify, you should be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 8+ PQE and trilingual languages (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
Commercially savvy candidates with excellent communication skills and who can provide practical solutions are preferred.
