Job Description Summary

MEA Service Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the TX Core & TX Upgrade income financial pacing and reporting the cycle-over-cycle progression to the Pole SOF and Ops Leaders. This role will partner with the Operations organization to understand the execution of projects (Core & Upgrade) and translate to financial estimates, with clear understanding of critical path, risks and opportunities. This role will also drive closing and actively manage the balance sheet reviews (ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with CPMs/PMs to ensure correct project structure set-up. Provide finance guidance on issues around the as sold cost estimates and support on FMV assessment.
  • Support SOF organization on standard work implementation.
  • Drive regional pacing and submit to FP&A in addition to working closely with Ops Team to identify Risks & Opportunities.
  • Lead MR activities. Validate EAC in Real Track and review project actuals vs estimate.
  • Utilize fulfilment Tools to support pacing assumptions, validate revenue fungibility and update pacing by dynamic nature of project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems within the service operations function. The goal is to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control
  • Support on Stat Audits, External Audits to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
  • Actively manage and review the balance sheet, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all accounts. This includes performing regular reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 4 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
  • Ability to coach other team members and being vocal with cross-functional team members
  • Alpha ERP/Functional experience
  • Fluency in English
