Description
Build a strong and trusted presence for AVOW within the Turkish + CIS + Middle Eastern app developer ecosystem
Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth in the aforementioned markets
Support the full sales cycle alongside internal functions, from first contact to campaign launch
Become a recognizable and reliable POC for the market within the first 6–12 months
Mobile Performance Marketing experience
Strong relationship-building skills and genuine enjoyment of face-to-face interactions
Confidence approaching new people and opening conversations
Curiosity and willingness to learn the commercial and technical side of adtech
Clear and structured communication, both verbally and in writing
Proactive, self-driven mindset with good follow-through
Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts (or strong motivation to learn)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment
