Description

  • Build a strong and trusted presence for AVOW within the Turkish + CIS + Middle Eastern app developer ecosystem

  • Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth in the aforementioned markets

  • Support the full sales cycle alongside internal functions, from first contact to campaign launch

  • Become a recognizable and reliable POC for the market within the first 6–12 months

  • Mobile Performance Marketing experience

  • Strong relationship-building skills and genuine enjoyment of face-to-face interactions

  • Confidence approaching new people and opening conversations

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the commercial and technical side of adtech

  • Clear and structured communication, both verbally and in writing

  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with good follow-through

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts (or strong motivation to learn)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment
