Position Summary:

We are looking for an export employee with a passion for clearance of export shipments. You will be a part of an effective and energetic team, securing the high quality of handling the shipments and following the applicable customs procedure.

We offer a job in an international company with daily contact with FedEx offices around the world. We focus on the well-being of our employees and have a strong community with a good social tone. You will have an exciting and dynamic workday with responsibility.  

The working hours are 24 hours per week (3 days) scheduled between 13:00 – 21:00.

Tasks

  • Debrief of drivers export documents.
  • Registration of information in internal systems according to Fedex standards and quality. 
  • Secure the high quality of the export and customs documentations.
  • Answer e-mails and phone calls from customer service and some customers.
  • Booking and documentation of shipments to Greenland and Faroe island.
  • Play an active role in the department with focus on teamwork and your individual development.  

Qualifications

  • Relevant education in exports clearance, freight forwarder or similar.
  • IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
  • Knowledge to make Imports and Export paperwork to and from Denmark
  • Thrive in a high pace environment
  • Motivated to learn new tasks.
  • Coaching skills

You will be an important part of the Export department with 1 other full-timer and 4 part-timers.

An acceptable criminal record will be requested, and Danish work permit required.
