We are looking for Mandarin & English-speaking professionals who are passionate about customer service and familiar with hotel reservation processes.

Position Details

  • Position: Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservations
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Language Required: Mandarin & English
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Working Arrangement: Rotational Shift (24/7)
    • 5 working days
    • 2 off days
  • Salary: Up to RM4,500 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)
  • Joining: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Support guests with pre-arrival and post-reservation concerns
  • Coordinate with hotels to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Manage hotel partner relationships with professionalism and care

We're Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Can communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
  • Have experience in:
    • Hotel front office
    • Hotel reservations
    • Guest relations
    • Hospitality customer service
    • Travel or hotel booking support
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Are customer-focused, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Are comfortable working rotational shifts
