About the job:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be tackling complex business questions by working with cross-functional teams to find the root cause of issues, diving deep into the data to develop hypotheses, and provide data-driven decision support to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to understand business questions and identify areas for improvement
• Perform analysis on large datasets to help answer complex business questions
• Produce insights and conclusions from analyses and convert them into actionable initiatives
• Provide recommendations backed by data to the Leadership Team
• Create aesthetic and dynamic dashboards to track and monitor relevant business metrics
• Support special projects and ad hoc requirements as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or similar quantitative field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2C, Telecommunications or Financial Services industries
• Quick learner, passionate, curious and energetic
• Strong business judgment and highly detail oriented
• Ability to communicate and present complex analyses in a simple and understandable way, both oral and written
• Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, Redash or other BI tools
• 80% English language proficiency
