Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is growing, and we’re seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to step into a Rehab Director leadership role at our welcoming senior living community and skilled nursing facility in Galesville, Wisconsin.

• Licensed PT or PTA in the state of Wisconsin

• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care/SNF preferred

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in Wisconsin

• 1 year leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF required
