You prepare and file complex VAT returns (including multi-year adjustments and post-tax audit follow-ups) and adapt them to the requirements of the relevant electronic filing portals. You advise domestic and international group companies on all fundamental and individual matters of national and international VAT law at a high level of complexity and coordinate external advisors in Germany and abroad. You prepare tax opinions and actionable recommendations and support the preparation of simple legal remedies up to matters of high complexity. You manage special projects, such as the implementation of legislative changes, the integration of new business areas, or the onboarding of acceptance locations in additional countries. You take a leading role in the digitalization of tax processes within the tax department.
