The Senior Revenue Manager will support strategic revenue initiatives to optimize hotel financial performance across assigned branded properties. This role will have a strong focus on multi-brand execution, analytics, forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategies, while serving as a key partner to the Portfolio Director of Revenue Strategy. The position will ensure revenue strategies are effectively implemented at the property level in alignment with PHG and brand standards, driving sustainable topline performance and profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Manage day-to-day revenue strategy execution for transient and group segments, including pricing recommendations, inventory controls, and demand management decisions.

• Analyze pace reports, pickup trends, booking windows, historical performance, and market demand indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and required course corrections.

• Evaluate channel mix, cost of acquisition, and net revenue performance to support optimal distribution strategies and minimize revenue dilution.

• Support group pricing decisions through displacement analysis and collaboration with Sales to balance volume, rate, and profitability.

• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to brand revenue governance, audit standards, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare and deliver recurring revenue reporting, forecasts, and performance insights for the Portfolio Director and property leadership teams.

• Participate in Commercial Strategy Meetings and Sales & Marketing meetings, partnering cross-functionally to align pricing, demand strategy, and commercial priorities.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes to ensure accurate outlooks that inform operational planning and financial decision-making.

• Partner with property leaders to reinforce PHG and brand revenue strategy principles, best practices, and disciplined execution.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management fundamentals, including pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategy.

• Solid grasp of transient and group demand dynamics, displacement concepts, and channel contribution analysis.

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align commercial strategy and execution.

• Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to present performance trends and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Detail-oriented, execution-focused approach with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

GREAT IF YOU HAVE

• Hands-on experience with brand revenue systems including:

– Marriott: One Yield, MARSHA, MiNT, HPP

– Hilton: Hilton GRO, ONQ R&I

– Hyatt: Hyatt PRO, Revenue Management Tools (RMT)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lighthouse, TravelClick Agency360 & Demand360, Salesforce Delphi, Envision, CoSTAR, and Profitsword.

• Experience working with GDS, OTAs, and third-party distribution platforms.

• Brand-specific revenue management training or certifications (Marriott, Hilton, and/or Hyatt).

• 3–5+ years of experience in branded hotel revenue management, Marriott experience preferred.
