Description

At PRO QC International, we are looking for a highly skilled, integral, and versatile individual to join our team as a Product Manager. This dynamic role bridges the technical and business worlds, shaping products from existing ideas, as well as developing new concepts based on industry research and contact with clients and partners. The successful applicant will manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, while working directly with development teams to ensure high levels of quality for the products under management.

Product Manager will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to define product requirements, plan product lifecycle stages, and work on innovative strategies for product promotion. Steering the direction of the product will be based on plan implementation and market feedback.

Responsibilities:

    • Define product strategy and roadmap in accordance with customer needs and business objectives.
    • Lead the planning of product releases and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, and competitors, to ensure our products remain competitive.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that align with our company's vision and goals.
    • Conduct business-process analysis and execute the strategy for product optimization.
    • Work swiftly and responsively to address customer concerns and inquiries.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience in product management or a similar role in technology companies.
    • A solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    • Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages will be considered a plus.
