About The Role We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will be responsible for understanding customers' technical needs through effective requirements gathering and providing high-level consultative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering value throughout the implementation and operational lifecycle. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements. Knowledge of API integrations and technical solution implementation. Experience using project management tools such as Jira. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements and user stories. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations. Provide technical guidance and support throughout customer integrations and implementations. Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization. Foster strong customer relationships by delivering ongoing technical consultation and support. Ensure a positive customer experience by proactively addressing technical challenges and business needs.
