• To identify prospects & opportunities for sales in assigned region
• To maintain existing & expand the new customers
• To keep follow up as daily with all clients and convert to hot/contract & delivery
• To work closely/update all event with marketing team
• To work closely with AFS for both support customers and join training with them
•To do market research on current status and competitor updated
• To close cooperate with other MFls/banks for supporting clients
•To transfer all amount of booking with accountant or administration
•To prepare and propose work plan/trip plan as daily/weekly/monthly basis
•To complete and send report timely

• Knowledge of Business Environment
• Listening, Understanding and Responding

• Service Orientation
• Self-management and could work in independently
• Know how to build the best relationship for the top relationship
• Work experience in agriculture field as farmer/operator
• Good communication skill and networking with local
• Flexibility and strong commitment and under pressure
• Ability to work as a team
• 18 years old up
